What a pleasure to find such a fine hotel so close to a major freeway. We were so pleased with the hotel, not just the rooms, but the staff and all the amenities. The buffet breakfast is included in the room rate, and it is very nice, with plenty of choices. The rooms are lovely; roomy and sparkling clean and the tub was just what you want at the end of a long day's drive.

The best welcome we ever experienced in our travels was every morning when Angie’s cheerful and enthusiastic greeting welcomed each guest to breakfast. She checked on us to make sure we had what we needed and worked so hard keeping the place spotless, well-stocked and appealing. We really enjoyed the water fountain and bird feeder attracting a delightful array of birds and the view from our room was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having hot drinks and cool lemon water available 24/7. But I have to say, Angie really made an impression on me that wonderful people can appear in unexpected places and I know I will always mention her when I talk about my trip to Oregon.

Angela rocks! She was so sweet to get us breakfast even though she had already put away most of it. Angela didn’t have to do that, but she has great customer service. She was polite, professional, and had a positive attitude! Employee of the month! :)

The room is absolutely beautiful like staying at a spa.. my son loves playing in the pool. The hot tub is very relaxing and the layout is easy for me to supervise my child while he went swimming. The breakfast was super delicious and the host was very kind. Friendly atmosphere with exceptional customer service just ask for anything. As a mother traveling a lot for work, this property is the safest stay. Not a lot of weirdos in the parking lot. For the price you just can't beat it. I see a lot of false information on previous reviews maybe people that want to scam free stuff and not earn. Clarion in Medford is my top tier

Cassie was such a delight upon check in. We asked for a recommendation on an Italian restaurant. She told us to try Rosario's. It was amazing! She helped us take care of a couple if minor issues. The room was very nice. It was clean, smelled nice, beds were comfy, and shower head was divine. We were grateful for a good breakfast before our early departure. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice hotel, wonderful stay. Jimmy at the front desk was great, very friendly and helpful. Angela did an amazing job with breakfast. She was very friendly, upbeat and positive. She apologized for being a few minutes late on getting some breakfast items out which wasn’t an issue at all. Angela is definitely an employee who goes the extra mile, a rarity nowadays. Great job, Angela and thanks Clarion, front desk Jimmy for the nice stay! 🤗🌞
